Position Overview:

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist - Veeva CRM plays a crucial role within the RCM Technologies, Inc. Life Sciences division. This position is dedicated to supporting the implementation and enhancement projects associated with Veeva CRM and its related technologies for clients in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate Test/Validation Master Plans and testing strategies.
  • Create comprehensive Test/Validation scripts.
  • Guide testers through rigorous testing cycles, including leading Business Testers and collaborating with Development teams to ensure successful task completion. Monitor and report on testing progress and results.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues encountered during testing, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Prepare and maintain a requirement traceability matrix.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in testing methodologies and best practices to enhance quality.
  • Ensure all necessary testing documentation is complete and available to support audit requirements.
  • Assist in planning quality assurance task assignments, scheduling, and estimations.
  • Provide regular updates and status reports to the Project Manager regarding progress and any challenges encountered.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations concerning electronic records and validation processes.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industry.
  • Proficient in using Jira for project management.
  • Experience in an agile development environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure, with strong professional communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Life Sciences commercialization processes.
  • Required tools experience includes:
  • Veeva Sales CRM, Medical CRM, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Familiarity with the following is advantageous:
  • Commercial Data (KOL, HCP, HCO, Prescription, Sales Territories, etc.)
  • Ancillary Veeva products (OpenData, Link, Align, PromoMats, etc.)
