Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Supervise and train departmental staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care and customer service.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of supplies and personnel.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility.
  • Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, and other related areas.
  • Ability to maintain current licensure as required by law.
