As a driver for Epic Mountain Express, you will enjoy a fulfilling role as an airport shuttle driver in the stunning Rocky Mountains. Our drivers are guaranteed a minimum earning of $20/hour, with the potential to earn significantly more through excellent service.

Job Specifications:

  • Housing: Currently Available
  • Expected Pay Range: $20 / hour with additional earning potential
    • $17.50/hour base wage plus cash and credit card tips.
    • Minimum earnings of $20/hour, with opportunities to earn $30+/hour for outstanding service.
    • Overtime pay available.
  • Shift Availability: Flexible scheduling options are available, allowing you to choose your preferred work hours.

Job Overview:

For over four decades, Epic Mountain Express has been a leader in ground transportation, providing a range of services and flexible options for guests traveling to Colorado's premier resort areas. No CDL is required to operate our vehicles.

As a Shuttle Driver with Epic Mountain Express, you will play a crucial role in enhancing guests' vacation experiences, ensuring safety and delivering top-notch customer service. Enjoy stunning views of snow-capped mountains and access to Colorado's finest outdoor activities while being part of a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to dispatch requests for pickups or drop-offs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting with guests' luggage.
  • Maintain the shuttle vehicle through pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fueling, and cleaning.
  • Accurately document and submit all required information.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • No CDL required. Our drivers receive extensive training to ensure their success.
  • Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company safety standards.
  • Pass a satisfactory background check.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
  • Understand and complete all company and regulatory forms.
  • Pass a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination.
  • Lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Obtain a Colorado driver license within 30 days of employment (unless CDL).
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening as required by federal regulations.
  • Must be at least 21 years old by the start date of the position.

The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the anticipated pay range for this position, with individual compensation determined by various factors.
