Drive for Epic Mountain Express and discover the ideal position for shuttle drivers in the Rocky Mountains. Our drivers are guaranteed a minimum earning of $20/hour, with the potential to earn significantly more for exceptional service.
Position Overview:
For over 40 years, Epic Mountain Express has been a leader in ground transportation, providing a range of services and flexible options for guests traveling to Colorado's resort areas. No CDL is required to operate our vehicles.
As a Shuttle Driver with Epic Mountain Express, you play a vital role in enhancing guests' vacations from arrival to resort, delivering an Experience of a Lifetime by prioritizing safety and exceptional guest service. We offer various schedules, breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains, and access to the best outdoor activities in Colorado. As part of the Vail Resorts family, we provide excellent benefits and perks, all within a friendly, local team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to dispatch or management requests for pickups or drop-offs
- Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting with guests' luggage
- Maintain your shuttle through pre-trip and post-trip inspections, refueling, and cleaning at the end of your shift
- Accurately document and submit all required information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- No CDL required - Epic Mountain Express drivers are among the best on the road, supported by 60 hours of comprehensive on-the-road and classroom training
- Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company safety standards
- Pass a satisfactory background check
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
- Capable of reading and comprehending all company and regulatory agency forms
- Successfully complete a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Obtain a Colorado driver license within 30 days of employment (unless CDL)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening as required by federal regulations
- Must be at least 21 years old by the start date of the position
The expected pay range is $20.00 per hour. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this role, with individual decisions based on various factors.
