Drive for Epic Mountain Express and discover an exceptional opportunity for shuttle drivers in the Rocky Mountains. Our drivers are guaranteed a minimum earning of $20/hour, with the potential to earn significantly more through exceptional service.

Job Specifications:

  • Housing: Currently Available
  • Expected Pay Range: $20 / hour + additional earning potential
    • $17.50/hour base wage plus cash and credit card tips
    • $20/hour minimum earnings, with opportunities to earn much more for outstanding service ($30+/hour)

Job Summary:

For over 40 years, Epic Mountain Express has been a leader in ground transportation, providing a range of services and flexible options for guests traveling to Colorado's resort areas. A CDL is not required to operate our vehicles.

As an Epic Mountain Express Shuttle Driver, you play a vital role in enhancing guests' vacations from arrival to resort, creating memorable experiences by prioritizing safety and delivering top-notch guest service. We offer diverse schedules, stunning views of snow-capped mountains, and access to the best outdoor activities in Colorado. As part of the Vail Resorts family, we provide excellent benefits and perks, along with a friendly, local team atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to dispatch or management requests for pickups or drop-offs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting with loading and unloading guests' luggage
  • Maintain your shuttle through pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fueling, and cleaning the vehicle at the end of your shift
  • Accurately document and submit all required information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • No CDL required Our drivers are trained to be among the best on the road, receiving 60 hours of on-the-road and classroom training
  • Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company safety standards
  • Pass a satisfactory background check
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
  • Capable of comprehending all company and regulatory agency forms
  • Successfully complete a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Obtain a Colorado driver license within 30 days of employment (unless CDL)
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen: (required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration)
  • Must be 21 years of age or older by the position start date

The expected pay range is $20.00. This reflects the pay range we reasonably anticipate for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on various factors.
