The Parts Manager role encompasses the ordering, receiving, and tracking of parts essential for repair operations. Working closely with the General Manager, Estimators, and Technicians, you will ensure efficient operations and timely part deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately order parts based on estimates
  • Collaborate with estimators regarding part availability
  • Address parts-related issues within the shop
  • Oversee deliveries and maintain parts status
  • Drive parts-related KPIs and fulfill assigned responsibilities

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a collision repair center in a parts role
  • Familiarity with CCC ONE estimating software
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 and a valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift heavy objects, bend, squat, and perform repetitive motions
  • Physical stamina for standing, sitting, and walking
