**Lead the Way in Risk Management**

As a Risk Management Manager, you'll play a critical role in identifying and managing risk across all business units, functions, processes, and geographies. You'll work closely with our Global Operational Risk & Oversight (GORO) organization to ensure that our risk management framework is robust and effective.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide effective challenge to key business decisions and strategies to strengthen interest rate, FX, funding and liquidity risk management and/or capital management framework
Perform quantitative/qualitative analysis to identify process gaps and drive insights/recommendations for first line partners
Perform independent reviews of key treasury risk management processes, such as Liquidity Stress Testing, Contingency Funding Plan, FX hedging, Capital stress testing and communicates review outcome with first line and third line stakeholders
Manage Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) for treasury risks and support senior management and Committee/Board reporting
**Requirements:**
Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field
1-5 Years relevant experience in treasury, finance or risk management, including internship experiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a risk-reward control perspective
Proactive in identifying issues, delivering and escalating key findings, and advising on recommended solutions to mitigate risks
Ability to think critically and independently, devote significant attention to details, remain highly organized, and clearly communicate complex material to management
Self-motivated, result oriented with a keen sense of meeting deadlines for key milestones
Self-confident with a strong sense of integrity and the ability and willingness to challenge (and be challenged)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
