About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand DiaSorin's presence in the molecular diagnostics market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including laboratory directors, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on DiaSorin's products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and ensure DiaSorin remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong background in molecular diagnostics.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the molecular diagnostics market and its trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
