About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance the facility's brand and image
  • Manage assigned territory and accounts to achieve departmental and facility business development goals
  • Present a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of two years' experience in healthcare business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results
  • Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles
  • Valid driver's license
