Commit to a minimum of two shifts weekly, ensuring reliability and accountability. Manage your shifts effectively, ensuring coverage when necessary. Verify the identity of all members and guests upon entry to maintain club integrity. Attend various classes and activities, providing informed recommendations to members. Create lasting positive impressions at the beginning and end of each visit. Juggle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the club and locker rooms during your shift. Participate in team meetings to stay aligned with departmental goals. Communicate any scheduling needs or changes promptly to your supervisor. Maintain open lines of communication with fellow team members and management.Team Collaboration

Accurately process payments for services and products offered at the club. Restock beverages and merchandise during your shift to enhance member experience. Record your hours accurately to ensure payroll precision.Revenue Enhancement
Promote club events and programs to drive member engagement and revenue. Suggest additional services that may interest members during transactions.Program Participation
Enroll in upcoming programs and events to broaden your knowledge. Engage with community initiatives and utilize social media to promote the club. Follow established processes for developing and assessing programs.Member Integration & Retention
Welcome new members and guests, ensuring they feel connected. Engage members within a 5-foot radius with a friendly greeting. Encourage new members to participate in club activities and programs.
