About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Personal Support Specialist to join our team at Mid Coast Senior HealthCenter. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, while also growing and developing your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care to residents, focusing on individual needs and preferences
  • Assist with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
  • Help with meal service, laundry, and housekeeping tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • PSS certification required or must obtain within 90 days of start date
  • Prior long-term care experience preferred

Estimated Salary Range

$42,000 - $54,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include paid parental leave, flexible work arrangements, student loan assistance, and professional development opportunities.
