Café Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Café Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring that all customers feel valued and respected.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, providing customers with accurate and relevant information to meet their needs.
- Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives, promoting financial literacy and education to customers and the wider community.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
- At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience is necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are essential.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm, is required.
