Position Overview:
- Lead a team of Auto Physical Damage (APD) Claim Managers supervising desk-level professionals in Auto Physical and Property damage claims.
- Enhance operational efficiency by utilizing technology and data analytics.
- Ensure adherence to high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
