Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Sourced. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving internal business growth, establishing rapport with clients, and facilitating innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive internal business growth by targeting client relationships, prospecting, qualifying leads, and updating the sales CRM database.
- Establish rapport with clients through daily phone calls, emails, hand-written notes, and marketing mailings, and arrange meetings with them for the outside sales team.
- Vet leads thoroughly for the Outside Sales Team to ensure there is a legitimate need for a service estimate.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars to maximize Outside Sales' calendar availability.
- Manage the lead flow for outside sales and facilitate innovative marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Brand Services to concentrate efforts in targeted areas.
- Research proven vertical markets and collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in and attend scheduled team meetings and one-on-one weekly meetings with the outside salesperson.
- Achieve sales revenue goals and objectives for new account sales, supply sales, and special services.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience with inside sales, researching and identifying high-quality leads.
- Experience with creating and managing phone, email, and mail marketing campaigns.
- Experience with cold calling.
- Highly adept navigating software systems.
