Position Overview
As a Program Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering administrative and operational support to the Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) division within a military organization. Your responsibilities will include researching and comprehending the TSC objectives pertinent to the region, while assisting country desk officers in the planning and execution of expert exchanges, mobile training initiatives, bilateral training sessions, key leader interactions, and various engagements with partner nations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date and precise information regarding the status of TSC activities.
  • Develop professional deliverables, including informative materials and presentations tailored for diverse audiences within the organization.
  • Oversee program-specific record-keeping systems for the TSC division, including Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM), Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE), and Cloud-Based TCA Information Management System (CTIMS).
  • Coordinate TSC initiatives with higher command and collaborate with adjacent departments.
  • Provide insights on the TSC program to both internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate meetings as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
  • Familiarity with program management and management systems.
  • Experience in Force Management and Force development processes.
  • Proven ability to be self-driven and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Capability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in program management.
  • Experience at the component or headquarters level of a military Service organization.
  • Knowledge of formal DoD staffing and coordination processes.
  • Understanding of U.S.C. Title 10, Chapter 16 Security Cooperation authorities.
  • Familiarity with Global Force Management processes.
  • Master's degree is preferred.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
