We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Quality Assurance Professional at Needham Bank. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans to validate software products against user requirements and industry standards.
  • Analyze defects and develop solutions to improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $95,000, depending on location and other factors.
