Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
General Summary: As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes through visual inspections and the use of various measuring tools. You will work closely with our manufacturing team to identify and address any quality issues, and provide training and guidance to ensure that our processes are compliant with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct final inspections on all products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Train manufacturing staff on effective quality control techniques and best practices.
- Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Identify and address quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure quality standards are met.
