Support Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Support Care Specialist to join our team at ServiceNet. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with brain injuries and developmental disabilities in their daily lives.
About the Role:
- Assist with daily activities such as eating, dressing, and using special equipment.
- Provide home support by cooking meals, cleaning, doing laundry, shopping for groceries, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Transport residents to appointments, events, and other activities.
- Keep accurate records of daily notes and track important information.
- Support residents in achieving their personal goals.
- Administer medications once trained.
- Maintain up-to-date training and certifications.
- Work collaboratively with the care team and follow instructions from your manager.
Salary and Benefits:
$18-$20 per hour, plus a $2 wage differential for MAP certification.
What We Offer:
- Paid vacation leave (starting at two weeks minimum plus year-end rollover).

Requirements:
- No educational requirements - we provide on-the-job training.
- Valid driver's license for at least 6 months and a good driving record.
- Physical ability to perform all tasks and ensure resident safety.
- Basic computer skills.
- Background check required.
