Corporate Support Specialist

The Corporate Support Specialist will provide administrative support to various departments within the Pyramid Management Group. This is an entry-level full-time position under the direction of the Mall Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to all departments as required.
- Create and track all contract and short-form agreements, including Certificate of Insurance requirements.
- Maintain and update various logs, reports, and meeting minutes for all departments.
- Assist mall tenants with operational issues as instructed by a manager or director.
- Accept task assignments from management.
- Files, faxes, scans, and photocopies as assigned.
- Answer incoming telephone lines and direct calls to the appropriate person or department when needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years' secretarial/administrative experience.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to operate various equipment, including personal computers, two-way radios, multi-line telephones, fax machines, scanners, and copiers.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
This position offers an excellent benefit package, including health coverage, an RX program, 401(k), paid sick/vacation/holidays, and an education assistance program.
