Job Summary

The Corporate Support Specialist will provide administrative support to various departments within the Pyramid Management Group. This is an entry-level full-time position under the direction of the Mall Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to all departments as required.
  • Create and track all contract and short-form agreements, including Certificate of Insurance requirements.
  • Maintain and update various logs, reports, and meeting minutes for all departments.
  • Assist mall tenants with operational issues as instructed by a manager or director.
  • Accept task assignments from management.
  • Files, faxes, scans, and photocopies as assigned.
  • Answer incoming telephone lines and direct calls to the appropriate person or department when needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years' secretarial/administrative experience.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to operate various equipment, including personal computers, two-way radios, multi-line telephones, fax machines, scanners, and copiers.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
