As an Early Childhood Educator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Establishing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning atmosphere
  • Implementing our L.E.A.P curriculum in an engaging manner
  • Fostering strong relationships with families and colleagues
  • Maintaining regular communication with parents to discuss children's progress

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of teaching experience preferred
  • Florida specific ECE coursework (45 DCF Hours) required
  • CDA or Associate degree in ECE preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Meet state-specific guidelines

Compensation: $19.50 per hour
