Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. You will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, build relationships with families and colleagues, and communicate regularly with parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our L.E.A.P curriculum
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic and supportive environment
  • Communicate regularly with parents through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional teaching experience preferred
  • Florida specific ECE coursework required (45 DCF Hours)
  • CDA or Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
  • CPR and First Aid certification
