Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children aged 2-6.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions, adhering to the highest standards of the profession
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying current with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
Requirements
  • Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with paid training provided by Soar
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of working with children
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
