Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the maintenance and operation of critical utility systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
* Conduct regular preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Document all maintenance activities meticulously to ensure compliance with company protocols and industry regulations.
* Collaborate with utility technicians and contractors, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
* Propose and implement improvements to equipment and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
* Completion of an Associate's or Technical degree in industrial maintenance or utility systems operations.
* A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in utility maintenance roles within pharmaceutical or healthcare environments.
* Strong command of spoken and written English.

Technical Skills:
* Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting pharmaceutical utility equipment, including gas-fired boilers, HVAC systems, and purified water systems.
* Proven ability to manage the change control process for critical utility systems.

Work Schedule:
* Night Shift: 6 pm to 6 am, following a 2-2-3 swing shift pattern.

Job Type:
* Full-time position with a focus on operational excellence in a dynamic pharmaceutical setting.
