Workforce Readiness Solutions Manager

As the Manager of Workforce Readiness Solutions, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional services with quality and timeliness. You will oversee complex projects, collaborate with the Director on budgeting, program management, and strategic goal planning, and work closely with Product and Service leaders to identify business needs and tackle challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a consultant to our customers, providing expert advice and guidance on workforce readiness solutions.
- Manage the viability of the WRS Portfolio, ensuring on-demand availability of comprehensive, current, and compliant assets.
- Create approaches for solution development and problem-solving that balance cost, resources, time, quality, and desired outcomes.
- Achieve relief and revenue goals, providing input to areas for revenue enhancement, cost reduction, or efficiencies in financial management.
- Manage customer expectations, confirm outcomes, and measure in writing, achieving customer satisfaction targets.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal departments, customers, and vendors to achieve committed results.
- Provide input to the development and maintenance of the annual departmental business plan, including implementation strategies to operationalize programs, assets, and services for WRS.
- Manage the performance of the workforce (associates and contractors) to achieve project metrics and outcomes.
- Provide coaching and/or mentoring, and identify training requirements for associates.
- Conduct performance development activities, including performance reviews, goals, training, and development, coaching, and continuous feedback.
- Report status on all projects and initiatives to the Director and as required for organizational and/or customer communications.
- Demonstrated ability to work consultatively with all organizational levels.
- Expertise in usability and adoptability of products.
- Knowledge and experience with systems development methodologies.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all levels of the organization, customer, and vendor organizations.
- Ability to provide input to the development and execution of the departmental annual plan.
- Ability to manage planned programs and projects within allocated budgets and schedules.
- Ability to plan, organize, assign, and report on work to meet commitments.
- Ability to foster both internal and external customer relationships at all levels.
- Ability to handle self professionally and with decorum.
- Ability to lead complex projects in assigned areas.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep initiatives on track to achieve outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching and mentoring skills.
- 2 years of previous healthcare experience.
- Experience with human-centered design and/or usability is preferred.
