Job Summary:

The UKGPS Onboarding Manager will oversee the UKGPS Onboarding Team, partnering with UKG Ready Implementation Teams and UKG Partners to ensure accurate configuration of UKGPS functionality. This role requires strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on timely and accurate completion of tasks and processes to ensure high-quality delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team responsible for completing tasks related to client onboarding, including collection of information, consulting with Payroll Solution Consultants, and coordinating with UKGPS teams.
  • Work directly with clients on funding set-up and testing, UKG Community Payroll Services resource registration, and tax configuration questions.
  • Provide general training to clients on UKGPS processes and resources available.
  • Finalize tax and Ready Payroll Services configuration, including import of configuration from Ready to MasterTax and resolution of exceptions.
  • Collect required federal and state registrations and Power of Attorney forms, and maintain related fields in the Ready System.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience, with 3+ years of people management experience.
  • HR/Payroll/HCM domain experience, with tax experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of driving change and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to work as part of a project team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels of individuals in an organization.
