Warren Transport, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Driver Qualifications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing contracted drivers through the qualification and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process contractor questionnaires and send out approval or denial letters.
  • Build Driver Qualification files within our system, scanning paperwork and tracking renewal reminders.
  • Scan and upload new CDLs, violation and review forms, and safety letters into driver files.
  • Send out monthly CDL renewal reminders and enter returned CDL information into our system.
  • Send out yearly review letters for V&R forms and run MVRs.
  • Issue passenger authorization letters and work with contractors through the insurance sign-up process.
  • Cancel insurance on terminated contractors and balance monthly insurance invoices.
  • Update spreadsheets tracking new and terminated contractors.
  • Assist with Independent Contractor Operating Agreements (ICOA) and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong phone etiquette
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
