At Sana Lake Recovery Center LLC, we treat substance use and mental health disorders as a chronic disease that requires personalized care. As a Therapist on our team, you will be responsible for providing various clinical services to our members, including individual trauma and co-occurring therapy, and group trauma counseling.
We are seeking a qualified professional who can work with our Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan and assist in coordinating discharge planning. Your role will involve maintaining communication between treatment team members, family, referral sources, and other service providers as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a PLPC, LPC, LCSW, or LMSW license, previous work experience with dual diagnosis, knowledge about substance use and self-help meetings, familiarity with electronic health records, and knowledge of ASAM criteria for insurance reviews.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plan options, 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, paid time off, and flexible spending accounts.
