Sana Lake Recovery Center LLC is seeking a dedicated Family Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to individuals and families in need of family services, working closely with professionals throughout the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with individuals and families
  • Collaborate with professionals to receive patient referrals and provide support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling)
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations
What We Offer
