Overview

Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, determined by years of experience and location.

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to implement market business development initiatives that support growth objectives in hospice and palliative care. As a Regional Director of Business Development, you'll partner with operational leadership to develop and sustain an effective sales team, establish regional referral relationships, and partnership opportunities.

You will have access to our supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities with plenty of room for advancement. Our company mission is to serve with love, providing comfort and support through compassionate care and meaningful experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing top-quality care
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related health field from an accredited institution required or RN
  • Experience: A minimum of three years in sales, marketing or related field required; health care and supervisory experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation. Travel 60-80% of the time. Overnight travel may be required
