Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Tour Coordinator to join our team at CoStar Group. As a key member of our photography team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between our advertising customers and our photography team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound prospecting activities to engage with existing clients to schedule virtual tours.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through ongoing communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction with our products.
  • Work closely with dispatchers and photography teams to align efforts and optimize output and reduce low production potential for photographers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agent interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach activities and conversion rates.
  • Exhibit a proactive 'first call resolution' mindset, ensuring that all member concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate with photographers to assign jobs based on availability and optimize routes for maximum efficiency.
  • Communicate with agents and photographers to confirm appointment details and address any scheduling conflicts or changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Experience working in an outbound calling position for customer service or business development.
  • Strong time management skills and very detailed oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends.
  • Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
