  • Collaborate with legal, tax, and advisory teams to optimize the deal.
  • Lead all mergers and acquisitions targeting, analysis, due diligence, and negotiations.
  • Lead all equity and debt fundraising activities.
  • Assist the Board of Directors in understanding the financial implications of strategic decisions and proposed transactions.
  • Manage investor relations, ensuring all needs are met.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to investors and banking partners.
  • Coordinate with investment banks and underwriters in preparation for the potential IPO processes.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS minimum requirement, or higher level education is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in an executive leadership position.
  • CPA, and or CMA, CFA strongly encouraged.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and IPO processes.
  • Deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience working with a Board of Directors.
