Maintenance Director

Achilles USA Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the repair, maintenance, and operational efficiency of machinery and facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial skills and experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure continuous production operations.
- Direct and coordinate the Plant Services team to optimize plant performance and support production goals.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff.
- Review production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
- Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures to improve operations, minimize costs, and increase labor and material utilization.
- Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
- Direct training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance and acquaint them with company policies and procedures.
- Confer with management, engineering, and quality control departments to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
- Prepare the departmental budget and monitor expenditure of funds in the budget.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate
- BA degree preferred
- 10 years maintenance management experience
- 5+ years manufacturing experience
- Plastic manufacturing experience preferred
Salary:
$100,000-$160,000
