Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living

Cedar Crest Village is a picturesque 130-acre continuing care retirement community located in a serene environment. As part of a growing network managed by Erickson Senior Living, we are dedicated to providing exceptional senior living and healthcare services across multiple states.

We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our esteemed team. The primary responsibility of the RN is to enhance, restore, and maintain the health and well-being of our residents by collaborating with healthcare providers, interdisciplinary teams, and care associates. The RN plays a crucial role in delivering both physical and psychosocial support to residents and their families.

Compensation: $50.00 per hour, including shift differentials based on experience.

Available Positions:

  • Per Diem Registered Nurses
  • Part-Time Overnight RN Supervisor (Every Other Weekend)

Your Impact:

  • Fostering relationships with residents and their families through a consistent caregiver approach, addressing their physical, emotional, and clinical needs.
  • Executing all clinical responsibilities in accordance with state nursing regulations and standards of practice.
  • Encouraging resident independence by setting care goals and educating residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
  • Monitoring residents' clinical conditions to identify changes and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Collaborating with care associates to deliver routine nursing care as required.
  • Upholding infection control practices, administering medications, and performing treatments as prescribed.
  • Creating and coordinating a comprehensive holistic care plan to meet residents' clinical needs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Documenting resident preferences and choices accurately in their electronic medical records.
  • Participating in care conferences for designated residents as requested by the Clinical Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of practice and graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • A genuine passion for caring for seniors.
  • Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
  • CPR certification is required.
