Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an attorney with a private practice seeking to expand their portfolio and work on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage legal cases from inception to conclusion, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Provide legal services in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, and Probate Law, prioritizing as per case requirements.
  • Ensure exceptional client service, offering dignity, respect, and empathy in all interactions.
  • Be readily available for client communications, including early evenings and selected office hours on Saturdays.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively advocate for clients, including readiness to go to trial if necessary.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a proven track record of success.
  • Must be able to operate in more than one legal area, with a focus on Family Law, Criminal Law, and Probate Law.
  • Currently operating a private practice or similar independent legal entity.
  • Possess valid malpractice insurance.
  • Willingness to provide personal cell phone contact for direct client communication and be responsive to client needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a commitment to treating clients with kindness, dignity, and respect.
  • Proven track record of strong negotiation skills and courtroom competence.
