**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Front desk scheduling and coordination
  • Greeting patients and checking them in and out for appointments
  • Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
  • Collecting co-pays and other fees required prior to office visits
  • Obtaining pre-authorizations for patient visits
  • Insurance re-verifications and data entry
  • Maintaining the front desk and reception areas
  • Patient and physician interaction on the phone and in-person
  • Managing and updating patient records in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system

**Requirements:**

  • Working knowledge of insurance benefits and medical terminology
  • Previous administrative or medical office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain friendly and professional
