Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide non-medical support and personal care assistance to our clients, enabling them to remain in their homes and live independently.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and social interaction
- Assist with medication reminders and other daily tasks
- Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance
- 6 months experience in a home health care setting or facility providing caregiving services
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to drive 30-60 miles from home
- Availability to work alternating weekends and on-call during the week
- $16 hourly for full-time drivers
- $13 - $15 hourly for non-drivers
- PTO and paid time off
