About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Outpatient Pharmacist to join our team in Pueblo Of Acoma, NM. As an Outpatient Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients in an outpatient setting. This is a great opportunity to broaden your horizons and gain experience in a unique and challenging environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Develop and implement individualized medication plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to medications
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Any State R.Ph License
  • Certifications: BLS
  • 2-3 professional references
