Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Accounting Record Maintenance: Maintain and update accounting records in the company's ERP system.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Audit Support: Provide support during audits and ensure that all necessary documentation is readily available.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, including credits, debits, and reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
  • ERP System Proficiency: Proficiency in using ERP systems for accounting purposes.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or automotive industry.
  • Cost Accounting and Inventory Management: Familiarity with cost accounting and inventory management.
  • Tax Compliance and Reporting: Knowledge of tax compliance and reporting requirements.
