Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated EDI Customer Operations Representative to manage and oversee the processing of customer orders and ensure optimal inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently process EDI 850 & 860 transactions using Exenta software.
2. Review and manually input non-EDI customer orders into the ERP system.
3. Collaborate with Sales Support and Distribution Center teams to address allocation issues.
4. Monitor all orders to guarantee timely shipments and prioritize warehouse activities as necessary.
5. Assist internal stakeholders with order modifications and resolve EDI-related inquiries.
6. Investigate and rectify order discrepancies and support vendor chargeback inquiries.
7. Conduct daily analysis of order reports, focusing on aged orders and issues with the sales team.
8. Communicate with various accounts regarding order status, cancellations, and revisions.
9. Maintain Cross Reference databases and generate Critical Item Reports to identify potential backorders.
10. Ensure accurate updates of customer profiles, including shipping terms and special instructions.
11. Perform additional duties as required to support organizational needs.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business, specifically in Order Management and EDI processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with skills in data management including sorting, V-lookups, and Pivot Tables.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating effective work habits and contributing to smooth operations.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, managing complex information under tight deadlines.
