Job Title: Project Manager for Defect Resolution and Work Estimation

Job Description: Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee daily defect resolution meetings and facilitate work estimation for complex projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Work and Asset Management, SAP, and Salesforce, with a strong focus on defect tracking and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead daily defect resolution meetings to identify and resolve defects during various testing phases
* Re-estimate work efforts for approximately 400 objects in SAP/Salesforce, considering varying complexity and team skill levels
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and resource allocation
* Utilize defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to monitor defect statuses and provide regular reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on defect resolution and testing cycles
* Strong expertise in Work and Asset Management, SAP, and Salesforce
* Experience in re-estimating work efforts for complex projects and managing multiple project phases
* Familiarity with defect tracking systems and ability to oversee defect resolution workflows

* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in work re-estimation and defect tracking

* Work Estimation: Capable of re-estimating work based on complexity and available resources, providing objective assessments for project timelines
* Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing project demands and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Leadership: Proven leadership in guiding teams through complex project phases and resolving issues proactively
* Time Management: Strong time management skills to ensure timely delivery of project goals
