- Participate in performance improvement activities and attend department meetings.
- High school diploma required.
- 2 years' experience as a receptionist, call center, or switchboard operator preferred.
- 1 year's experience in customer service and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
The Customer Relations Representative will work in a hospital setting, interacting with patients, visitors, and staff. The position requires the ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods, use a phone, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
This is a non-exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and employees are entitled to receive overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
