Simulation Assistant

Chinatown Service Center (CSC) is seeking a highly skilled Simulation Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Simulation Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our simulation center, ensuring that all simulation equipment and supplies are properly maintained and available for use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Independently set up simulation scenarios, operate complex simulation manikins, medical equipment, PCs, AV equipment, and other medical simulation technologies.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the daily operation of the simulation center, including ordering equipment and supplies, maintaining inventory, and keeping accurate records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, staff, and learners to ensure seamless simulation sessions, providing technical support and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, technology, or related area and equivalent experience/training.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in simulation with healthcare technology and simulation equipment.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of PC/Mac computer software, AV equipment, and simulation technology.
- Certified CHSOS or must obtain certification within one year.
- Certified BLS or must obtain certification within one year.
