Medical Unit Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Unit Operations Manager to join our team at Compass Group, North America. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of other food-service employees, creating an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff, and visitors, and providing quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food unit lead positions and be able to oversee and participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, and portion control. They will also be responsible for helping plan menus, responding to customer complaints, assigning and coordinating work of employees, and using proper systems for completion of required daily/weekly/monthly reports.
As a Medical Unit Operations Manager, you will be responsible for directing and participating in the overall sanitation and safety of the facility and employees in accordance with company standards and government regulations. You will also be responsible for developing a sanitation schedule and ensuring food-service employees adhere to the schedule for cleaning of kitchen and dining area and washing of kitchen utensils and equipment.
