Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Data Specialist at Powers Health, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable data within the Materials Management Information System. This system is crucial for product requisitioning, order entry, and managing vendor relationships across our healthcare enterprise. Your primary focus will be ensuring data integrity in item master and vendor information, as well as pricing and units of measurement. This role is vital for maintaining efficient supply chain operations and cost containment. Additionally, you will play a key part in optimizing our product recall process across the healthcare system.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare provider environment with knowledge of supply chain and accounting practices.
• Advanced knowledge and application experience in business information systems, with Oracle PeopleSoft experience preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
