**About the Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the University of Michigan (The Regents @ Ann Arbor). As an Ambulatory Care Services LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical team.

About the Job:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with variable hours due to patient needs and volume demands. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to internal medicine patients and their families under the direction of a registered nurse.
  • Administer and document medications according to established standards.
  • Instruct patients and families according to a teaching plan established by a Registered Nurse.
  • Participate in unit staff meetings for problem-solving, planning, and improvement of patient care.
  • Assist in quality assurance activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Michigan.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ambulatory Clinic LPN experience.

Location: East Ann Arbor Health Center with potential to work in other locations with expansion of division.
