Position Summary

We are seeking skilled bartenders who are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our patrons. This role involves crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking food orders, and thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to guests through excellent interpersonal skills and proficient beverage preparation.
  • Prepare a variety of beverages as per guest requests while fostering positive communication.
  • Promote and enhance guest experiences by actively participating in upselling initiatives.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages directly to guests and assist with food service at tables.
  • Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
  • Support event coordination through the Party Hub.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with recipe standards.
  • Ensure glassware is clean and available, utilizing the dishwasher safely.
  • Sanitize and maintain tables and lanes.
  • Document daily activities and any service-related incidents.
  • Assist management with music and entertainment systems.
  • Keep keg and storage areas organized and clean, with the ability to lift kegs as necessary.
  • Bus tables and maintain a tidy dining area.
  • Adhere to all alcohol service laws and company policies.
  • Provide consistent and exceptional guest service, ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties for the center and bar.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Participate in cleaning duties, including waste disposal and replenishing supplies.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the team.
  • Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or KDS is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Comfortable engaging with guests in person.
  • Exhibit a high standard of guest service and awareness of intoxication signs.
  • Actively contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Experience in cash handling and sales.
  • Commitment to safety practices.
  • Possession of Food Handlers and Alcohol Serving Certifications.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (19 years in Idaho).
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing and walking.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Team lifting required for heavier items.
  • Frequent bending and stooping.
  • Regular reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Exposure to hot and humid conditions.
  • Constant exposure to loud environments.
