Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Big Al's. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older (19 years or older in Idaho).
  • Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol serving certification.
  • Preferred knowledge of Micros, KDS or other POS systems.
  • Intermediate skills in MS office programs.
  • Must demonstrate a high comfort level with in-person interactions with guests and others.

  • Stand/Walk: Frequently.
  • Lift up to 25lbs: Frequently.
  • Lift up to 50lbs: Occasionally.
  • Lift 50lbs or more: Team lift only.
  • Bending, stooping: Frequently.
