Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Wahooz Pinz and Galaxy Event Center. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet guests upon arrival, introduce yourself, and provide water. Explain the service screen and take beverage orders.
  • Order Management: Ring orders in for the bartender, add straws and garnishes, and deliver beverages to guests.
  • Food Service: Attempt to get guests to order food when dropping off the first round, check back to ensure satisfaction, and remove empty glasses.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate with the runner/bus person and bartender to ensure seamless service.
  • Adherence to Policies: Verify accuracy of prices, enforce payment policies, and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 19 years old to serve alcohol.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, great customer service skills, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and decision-making.
