About the Role:

As a Service BDC Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages related to service appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage service advisor calendars to ensure seamless service experiences for our customers.
  • Provide accurate information about service offerings, pricing, and dealership policies to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any additional needs.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
