About the Role:As a Service BDC Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages related to service appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments and manage service advisor calendars to ensure seamless service experiences for our customers.
- Provide accurate information about service offerings, pricing, and dealership policies to customers.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any additional needs.
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
