Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tax compliance and research for various entities, working closely with external tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate tax returns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and tax principles, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit federal, state, and local tax returns, including sales tax submissions and tangible personal property returns.
  • Review and analyze financial statements to identify tax exposure and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with external tax consultants to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:
